Beat to your own drum
Ahhhhhh, Mother Nature brought us a beautiful spring time sunrise starting with a reflective pink and blue color show. When the sun came up, it kissed the ocean good bye before filling the sky with a golden orange glow.
A very small flock of gulls flew in early to watch eh sunrise. Just one has a black head meaning he is ready for mating season. I asked him why he was still in town instead of heading north with the rest of the flock.
He said, “I beat to my own drum. My heart asked me to stay longer and enjoy a lovely spring in sunny Florida. Sure migration dictates I fly north, but I decided to follow my inner guidance system instead.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
