Centered and present, a way to ensure success
First light brought a thick layer of clouds on the horizon with just a hint of light creeping through the cracks. The breeze helped to separate the clouds allowing more golden light to shine into the morning.
The very chatty flock flew in for bath time and a chat. A young herring gull who has been around for 2 weeks was extra chatty. S/he has a lot of confidence brining us the message of standing tall and proud no matter your age. S/he needs a name, any suggestions are welcome!
Split footer, a laughing gull who has been around for 4-5 years was hanging out close looking for connection while a reddish egret danced down the beach grabbing breakfast.
The reddish egret remind us to stay focused. She said, “Rest into your feet to feel centered and present, a great way to ensure success in grabbing your goal.”
