Don’t Rush, says Momma Turtle

Oh Happy Day!

There was a lovely bronze and pink sunrise with a what looked like a group of people congregating at the bottom of the sun.

I only snapped a few photos of the sunrise because a beautiful Momma Turtle was trekking back to the ocean after laying her eggs. Seeing a Momma Turtle at sunrise is always a heart opening, amazing experience.

About half way back to the ocean an egret flew over to her as if to say, “I’m with you Momma, you are not alone on this trek. Then a few more came over and she was surrounded by egrets!

At one point she turned her head and looked right at the camera for about 20 seconds. My heart melted feeling her and connecting in that moment. The person next to me said, ‘She knows you are taking her photo!”

She said, “I am reminder of taking your time, no need to rush. It’s true walking on land is challenging for me and I must go easy. Listen to your body and move forward at the pace that is best for you. Not to worry, what is meant for you will never pass you by.”

Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

PS~. I added more of this sweet momma to my turtle gallery if you want to check it out. She is the first 6 photos.
