Relax into alignment
The pre sunrise sky filled with a rainbow of cloud ribbons intertwined creating a beautiful landscape to start the morning.
A chatty and huge flock was already at the edge of the ocean when I arrived. One Legger showed off her beauty in a silhouette with the colorful backdrop.
When the sun came up it looked like there was a subtle green flash as the sun kissed the ocean good bye for he day. A green flash is an optical phenomenon that can be seen near the upper rim of the sun during sunset or sunrise.
Spot the egret flew by in perfect form bringing the message of alignment. He said, “To fly with the great ease, I need to be streamlined with my posture. When I am in alignment, I am able to reach my destination with little effort. Relax into alignment with your goals and let the energy carry you.”
