Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode- Dolphin Stirs the Pelican Pot

Depending on the mood of the dolphin, they can be seen teasing the pelicans or hanging out enjoying each others company. When they are hanging out the flock are usually floating close together and the dolphin will hangout with them just breathing and relaxing.  

When the dolphin are feeling playful, they stir the pot by throwing a fish into the flock of pelicans and then watch the craziness unfold.  In this series the dolphin came up, tossed the fish high in the air toward 3 pelicans.

In what seems like the longest minute ever, the fish soared high into the air.  With wings flapping, mouth breathing, the pelicans are anxiously flew toward the fish hoping to capture the snack. The pelican on the end was bale to capture the fish on the fly while the other birds clamored around him. I’m certain the dolphin enjoyed creating a little mayhem.
