Kisses and hugs
We had an eerie sunrise with smoke from Canada muting the sunrise. Huge clouds, a wall of rain and smoke gave us an almost grey and white start to the day.
I thought photos of hugs and kisses in nature would be more uplifting to start your day.
Wishing you a day filled with love!
Be Vigilant go after your passion
I didn’t expect to see a sunrise when it was raining just a few minutes before I headed to the beach. Mother Nature did not disappoint with huge clouds, rain all around, rays of sunrise streaming from behind the clouds, and a rainbow!
The vibe felt inspiring with waves churning and wind blowing. The chatty flock was already waiting when I arrived. For several minutes I was immersed in the flock enjoy closeness and connection.
On the way off the beach I saw a peregrine falcon high in the sky hanging in the thermals with 4 osprey. He brings us the message of being vigilant, go after your passion to find your life’s purpose.
“I’m also here to let you change is coming so keep the bird’s eye view. Your knowledge and vision will know exactly how to seize the opportunities.”
Then a rainbow popped up near the lighthouse, encouraging us to keep the hope alive. Look for the signs like the lighthouse to guide you along your path. You got this!
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Rainbows of hope
Good Morning!
We are having a stormy morning here so thought I'd share a few bright and cheery rainbow photos.
Wishing you a rainbow kind of day!
Let go to find Balance in relationships
Mother Nature used all the elements, lightning, fog, a full moon and a unique sunrise to bring us a dramatic start to the day.
At first light, peek rays of light jetted into the blue sky as the moon peeked out of the clouds for a minute before being covered up again.
This full moon brings us the message of finding balance in our relationships with others and the relationship with ourself.
The moon said, “Use my energy to find equilibrium with your independence and relationships. This is a powerful time to ensure your oxygen mask is on first before serving others. The stronger you are, the better you will be for others.”
One of the gulls added to the message by saying, “Pull out the old feathers you have been holding onto. It’s time to make room for the new!”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Fog is just temporary
Mother Nature brought us a cozy and dark with a layer of fog gently floating by keeping the clouds hidden for a long time.
The fog absorbed the pastel colors while the flock flew in with their wings and hearts open. They said, “Even when things are dark, stay open and trust things are lining up to support you.”
Our message comes from the fog. It said, “I hang around until enough light breaks through and I dissipate. If you feel foggy, not to worry, it is just temporary, eventually I will burn off and you will see clearly.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Catching a rainbow is possible!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Lunchtime Play with Good Friends
Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Lunchtime Play with Good Friends
Two male dolphins, Charley and M came into the lagoon today to enjoy a mullet lunch and loads of playtime.
These 2 guys are best friends and always so much fun. They love to engage and play to the camera which adds to the fun.
They were either flying out of the water catching mullet or speeding after them at mach speed. They were also enjoying tossing around mangrove seeds.
At one point 4 other dolphin came in for just a few minutes, they all playfully rolled around for a few minutes before the 4 left.
Charley and M continued to fish and play after the others left. When it was time to go Charley came over close to say goodbye and off they went. I posted a Reel with Charley saying see you later.
Stay tuned for more tales!
Stand tall by conquering your fears
Mother Nature used the soft pastel color palette this morning along with a cloud city and warm breeze the morning was extra serene. The sand was still wet from the rain overnight.
Rays of light streamed into the sky from behind the clouds on the horizon. The chatty flock flew in with a message of flexibility.
They said, “We recommend being flexible. You see, going with the flow ready to change directions quickly is how we grab our goal.”
After sunrise Luna the Osprey was standing tall on a fake owl. She said, “I’m here to remind you to conquer the deterrents on your path with confidence. I’m certain overcoming your fears will help you feel proud of yourself."

Lean into you for a solid foundation
Ahhhh, Mother Nature brought us another other worldly kind of sunrise with huge clouds and a rainbow of colors from start to finish.
At first light one of the clouds looked like Nessie the Loch Ness Monster sitting on the glow of the impending sunrise. Pink rain streamed from the clouds adding to the beauty.
A chatty flock of gulls and scurrying sand pipers were enjoying the morning as well.
Piper the sand piper brings us the message of loving the one you are with. She said, “Lean into your own reflection with love and compassion. You see, loving yourself giving you the best foundation to feel solid and steady no matter the chaos happening around you.”
Within you day filled with love!

Relax into alignment
The pre sunrise sky filled with a rainbow of cloud ribbons intertwined creating a beautiful landscape to start the morning.
A chatty and huge flock was already at the edge of the ocean when I arrived. One Legger showed off her beauty in a silhouette with the colorful backdrop.
When the sun came up it looked like there was a subtle green flash as the sun kissed the ocean good bye for he day. A green flash is an optical phenomenon that can be seen near the upper rim of the sun during sunset or sunrise.
Spot the egret flew by in perfect form bringing the message of alignment. He said, “To fly with the great ease, I need to be streamlined with my posture. When I am in alignment, I am able to reach my destination with little effort. Relax into alignment with your goals and let the energy carry you.”
Wishing you a groovy day friends!

Lift each other Up to thrive
Weeeeeeeeeeee the wind was whipping with temperatures in the high 60’s! The sun was visible again and brought a lovely golden glow when it came up between clouds.
Despite a churning ocean, surfers were out looking like speckles bobbing around like buoys. Sparkly salt spray lifted off the waves courtesy of the wind adding to the ambiance of the morning.
Powerful rays of light jetted into the sky at first light when the flock flew in with their tiny feet flying out to the side as they slammed on the brakes.
2 of the gulls together bring us the message of lifting each other up. They said, “Sure we squabble and compete for food but in the end we know lifting each other up is not just how we will survive, but how we thrive.”

Peace, Balance and Abundance
With a lovely breeze and slightly cooler temperature, the morning felt and looked like fall was visiting for the day. The flock was already at the edge of the ocean waiting when I arrived.
Sunlight wind and waves came together to give us beautiful water art with sparkles dancing into the sky from the tops of wave. The salt spray filled the air feeling good in my lungs.
On the way off the beach there was a solo dove in the sea oats. She stopped and showed me what the sunrise looked like through her eyes. She said, “Perspective can come from seeing the viewpoint of others. I’m also the messenger of peace, look inside yourself for the serenity you seek.”
Much to my surprise I saw 2 kingfishers when I was in the lagoon after sunrise. I was so excited when they started to do a dance mid air! They bring us double the message of abundance, peace and overcoming fear.
They said, “Listen to your dreams and intuition. Look for meaning in the everyday signs. Find ways to create balance in your life to keep you centered when change comes. Abundance is all-around, open your wings to receive with ease.”
Wishing you a magical day friends!
Stand tall with conviction
Mother Nature used the swirly cloud pain brush today to bring us an other worldly looking sunrise. I thought the swirly golden orange circle on the horizon looked like something from a Star Trek episode.
Soft reflections added to the soothing vibe of the morning. The wind was just enough to keep the no see ups away and bring a hint of fall.
Spot the egret flew in close to spend time after sunrise. Spot was given his name by Pip the Pelican for the 3 spots on his toes. Spot is full of personality!
He said, “I’m here to bring the message of making an entrance with flare. You see, I have a lot of confidence which is how I survive. I use my skinny feet to keep me grounded, then I stand tall going forward with conviction in who I am."
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Belly Up to the Sushi bar
Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Belly Up to the Sushi bar
Typically the end of July and August is slow, today was the first busy day in quite a while. We had loads of dolphins, manatees, Rusty the pelican and even 3 gulls having a dispute over a fish dinner.
The dolphins were in a very playful mood tossing mangrove seeds and frolicking with each other. They were zipping around catching fish, then hanging out relaxing and playing.
They engaged with the camera with several coming over to swim by and say hello and toss a mangrove seed my way.
At one time several came up and exhaled at the same time. The energy of that group breath felt so good.
Manatees were in the deep end munching on the snacks rolling by courtesy of low tide. The dolphins are very patient when manatees stroll in, they wait from them to pass by before zipping to grab a fish.
Stay tuned for more tales!
Start prepping!
With a cool and refreshing breeze the morning had a hint of the fall in the air. The flock flew in early when the sky was still dark.
Pelican Highway and surfers enjoyed the perfect waves. The sun came up from behind a wall of clouds changing the color theme from soft and sweet to an intense vibrant golden orange.
A surfer caught a sparkly wave while Pelican Highway floated over the waves with ease.
One Legger the inspiring was showing her celebration pose and how she uses her leg to steer and brake.
On the way of the beach a squirrel was very chatty, practically screaming until I stopped to snap her photo.
She said, “I’m here to let you know good things are coming to you. Start prepping for your dreams and visions to manifest from all your hard work. And most important, don’t hoard your nuts!”
Wishing you a groovy day friends!
Lean into your pod mates for support
Ahhhh what a lovely morning starting with rays of pink streaming into the sky at first light. A soft and salty breeze felt good on my skin while I waited for the sun to come up.
The chatty flock of guys flew in with their hearts and wings open soaking up the light.
Surfers were catching the huge waves to the north while Pelican Highway traffic was flying close to the horizon.
After sunrise a couple dolphins passed by for a brief moment playing with each other. They bring us the message of play and support.
They said, “When you feel overwhelmed, lean into your pod mates for support. And break into spontaneous play to shift your mood.”
Wishing a beautiful day friends!
Harness resources to give you support
Mother Nature brought us a dramatic sunrise with a wall of dark clouds on the horizon and churning ocean and whipping wind.
The clouds kept the morning dark and moody until the sun came up streaming light rays filling the air with hope and promise of a new day despite the surrounding darkness.
A very chatty flock flew in, using the wind to hold in place with little effort.
They said, “We bring the message of using all the resources around you, even the ones that you might want to avoid. You see, if we resist the wind, we struggle. When we harness the wind, it supports us making life easier.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Dance like no one is wtching to cure the blues
With huge fluffy clouds, Mother Nature brought us an excellent day for the cloud game! So many people, animals and various shapes morphing throughout the morning. The colors were and shapes made it look like another world on the horizon.
Eventually the sun came up through a hole in the clouds sending golden light and warmth into the air. Dolphins swam northbound between the waves that were rolling in pairs.
A reddish egret danced through the shallows looking for breakfast. She said, “My trick to getting my goal is to be fully present in the moment and light on my feet so I am ready to take action. I also think dancing like no one is watching is the cure for the blues.”
Wishing you a beautiful day friends!
Baby Turtles
Good Morning!
I'm away from the sunrise so sharing more hatchling photos. One of the hatchlings is a green turtle, the rest are loggerheads.
The loggerhead babies emerged after sunrise and I was lucky enough to see them emerge. Truly a memory I will always cherish. A grate is placed over each nest by the local Turtle trackers to keep coyotes and other wildlife from getting to the eggs.
The green turtle was from a sunset release by a New Smyrna Beach Turtle Tracker. All work was done under FWC permit.
Each time I see these little nuggets I am reminded of their determination. Despite the odds being against them, they go forward focused ready to face the elements.
Wishing you an inspired day friends!
